Understand your thyroid health

The Forever Health Thyroid Add-On Panel is an excellent addition to the Forever Health Female or Male Hormone Panels. Understanding your thyroid health is essential for those trying to maintain a healthy weight.

Optimal thyroid function supports your resting metabolic rate, an essential aspect of maintaining a healthy weight. The thyroid gland primarily produces T4, which then converts to T3, the more active form of the hormone. This test measures free T4 and free T3 hormone. If you are adding this panel to the Forever Health Female or Male Hormone Panels, you will need to fast for 12 hours.

Drink plenty of water and take all medications as prescribed. Do not take your supplements the day of the test.

NOTE: Blood tests are available only in the continental United States and Anchorage, AK. Not available in Maryland. Your blood test requisition options are a LabCorp requisition form or a blood draw kit. Certain restrictions apply for residents of MA, NY, NJ, RI, and PA. Customers in MA, NY, NJ, and RI will receive a blood draw kit, and an additional local blood draw fee may be incurred. PA customers must go to LabCorp for their blood draw.
